Course Overview

From 2005 the world has only two main financial reporting systems for the consolidated statements of listed companies -US GAAP and IFRS. This seminar examines the differences between the two, and looks at the major issues when moving from UK rules to IFRS.

This seminar is designed for preparers, auditors and interpreters of the financial statements of multinational companies. The exact list of topics will depend upon the major current issues at the time of each run of the seminar. However, the following list is indicative of the content.
