Course Overview

There is an increasing demand for staff with a multi disciplinary approach capable of contributing to discussions on topics far removed from their previous training and experience. Equally important is the ability to take a strategic approach to the challenges facing an organisation in today's competitive environment.

This two day course is designed to provide the strategic overview of business activity which is the key to long term success. The programme concentrates on the financial, marketing and HR issues using a realistic case study to bind the three elements together and to emphasise the importance of long term strategy over a short term tactical approach.
