Course Overview

Scarce resources and the increasing pressures on heads of audit to fulfil agreed annual plans, puts internal audit practitioners under close scrutiny as to how they have used their time. This sometimes results in adverse comments during performance appraisals. Often performance measures come into the equation too, leaving the auditor reeling under the stress of meeting imposed deadlines.

This course aims to help the plight of auditors by looking at time management principles and methods in the context of an internal audit assignment.
