This course, together with Comprehensive Introduction to Corporation Tax - Parts 2 & 3, will provide delegates with a comprehensive and detailed overview of the workings of corporation tax. A very practical approach will be adopted with appropriate case studies to be undertaken. Computational aspects will be fully reviewed, together with reference to the underlying law.
