Book Your Course in 3 Easy Steps
- Reserve Your Place
Enquire either online or over the phone. We check availability and you can even reserve a place on the course without commitment.
- Confirm Your Booking
Once availability has been confirmed, CourseMonster will email you a booking approval. When you are ready to book your course, simply complete the booking approval and enter a Purchase Order number (if applicable), select the payment method and confirm the booking.
- Receive Your Joining Instructions
Once your seat has been confirmed, Joining Instructions will be emailed to you containing start/finishing times and directions.

Paying for Your Course
CourseMonster accepts the following forms of payment:
- Personal or company cheque payable to CM Innovation Ltd
- Electronic funds transfer (BACS)
- Debit card (Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Delta, Maestro, Switch)
- Credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Amex) (add 2% processing fee)
If you supply a Purchase Order Number it will appear on your invoice.

Who is the training provider?
We partner with over 150 of the UK’s leading training providers. Our aim is to give you the most appropriate up-to-date training available within the marketplace. Once you have reserved your place on the course, we will be happy to advise you of who is delivering this event.
Can I book from abroad?
Yes. All overseas enquiries are welcome, however we will require cleared payment prior to confirming your place on the course.
Can I book a private trainer?
Yes. We can send an approved trainer to a site of your choice.
Can I book a training room?
Yes. We can provide training rooms with configured PCs.
Can I buy exam vouchers, or book an exam?
CourseMonster specialises in courses. For exam bookings please contact Prometric.
Can I buy books or courseware?
Courseware can only be provided for delegates who attend a course. CourseMonster does not sell books or courseware separately.
Can I use educational vouchers?
CourseMonster can only accept full payment for a course and does not accept vouchers.
Do we get a discount for bulk bookings?
Yes. Discounts are given on bulk or multiple bookings, please ask for a discount when you talk to one of our trained Training Advisors.
